Happy Fish Sushi - Pembroke Pines

Fun place to eat, great food, everything we tried was amazing!! Little tricky to find (hidden in a strip mall near a Publix but not too bad. Place has a small bar and a good amount of seating, wait was about 20 mins and it was pretty busy on a Fridaynight, place was pretty thick with folks. Service was still very quick and very good!! Side Note: Food seemed to be flying outvery quickly once we started ordering. Not a complaint just a heads up, I like good food fast anyways!! The GOOD: Food wasamazing, we tried several apps a sushi roll and 2 entree dishes. Seriously everything we ordered was delicious!! Sushi MyFavorite Anime is the roll we tried, it was awesome, sweet salty crunchy smooth, all the things we like in sushi,, also rolledgood, so tasty we will get this one again this is a MUST TRY!! Apps Gyoza (pan seared Spring Rolls (nice and crispy andtheir version of Bang Bang shrimp (just the right crunch and spicy mayo All of these I would order again and not onecomplaint about any of them, spot on tasty!! Entrees Ton Katsu Ramen I got the xtra egg and pork this is usually a must forme with ramen. Broth is savory, noodles just right, good amount of noodles. Very good ramen, very warm and savory. Pork is supergood also in the dish also. Next, was the NY Strip Hibachi cooked medium on the steak served with fried rice and veggies.Steak was very juicy and tender, decent amount. Same for rice and veggies, done just right and the right amounts. Very fineHibachi dish. The BAD: Now, only ONE little thing, the DRINKS; in this case non alcoholic ones (this area doesn?t have sweettea anywhere ???? and when you order Coke, well it?s a glass of ice and a can of soda, which I don?t mind at all, ???? but at3$ bucks a pop, my son and I had 2 cans each and well that?s 12$ bucks for our drinks. 4 can drinks ???? I always prefer freerefills or 2 for 1 on sodas here would be a VERY nice alternative. Anyways that?s the only gripe.. just wanted t

The atmosphere is nice and spacious. The staff are nice too. I ordered the tuna Diablo roll. The presentation was nice. The roll wasn?t bad but I would?ve liked if it was topped with a crunch. I give this place 3 stars out of 5.

Ok, so this place is something else! First thing that caught my eye, the place is really pretty and spacious, it feels open which is nice considering most similar restaurants operate with a much smaller space. Food was really good and much better thanI expected. The prices are great and the staff was absolutely friendly and was always available without being too overbearingwhich is always a big, big plus for me. The menu has a lot of things to try, I will 100% be coming back for more! Pictured arethe Tonkotsu Ramen, Jasmine tea and the Sweeten Blue Pea Flower Limade that comes in different cups (lime juice on the littlewhite cup) when you mix both it changes color! Tasted really good too. Not pictured was the NY Steak Yakisoba, the meat wascooked PERFECTLY and the noodles were very tasty.

Trick or Treat roll. Most epic. Everything was good couldn?t find anything to complain about. Waiter was very friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about the menu. He didn?t try to fake it like he knew what every last thing was.

This was our first time here and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The items that we are ordered were good, the steak was too well done with no flavor. The service was on point.
