Dunkin' - Pembroke Pines

Staff is always friendly and patient! Patient because when I go it's usually at the suggestion of my grandson who takes his time deciding. The store can sometimes be a little tidier at times, but it's not bad.

My tea had an unpleasant minty flavor that I suspect came from the person who prepared my drink, not from the cups used for different beverages. Additionally, my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was poorly assembled; the cheese was placed on the floor of the egg while the bacon was still upright, resulting in a complete mess. It was very disappointing.

This DD needs a complete renovation. From building to staff. It is always a long waiting period whether there are 10 customers or 2. The staff is rude and will leave the counter without a word. I'm just coming here because it's close, but I think I'd rather go my way for somewhere else.

There's always a line in the morning but it moves quickly. I don't get here too often, but when I do the staff is always friendly. There was one manager who didn't want to change a $20 so I could tip in cash after I had just paid with a credit card. That's the one reason for taking off a star.

Typical Dunkin Donuts. Cashier was nice. Service was prompt. Donuts and muffins were fresh.
