I use to love getting the arroz con pollo bites from them with a cafe con leche but now the bites are always super cold and stale and the cafe con leche is always super bitter and dark even though i always ask for light extra sugar. Like they dont care once you continue to order with them. View all feedback.

This is my favorite store of this chain. great food, excellent sweets and hard-core cuban coffee.
I ordered from CAO for the first time, and everything was incredibly delicious. I was particularly intrigued by the Arroz con Pollo bites, and they did not disappoint—they were amazing! The potato bread and croissant in the sandwiches were both fresh and tasty. I will definitely be ordering from CAO again!
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The food was soggy and excessively oily. It was so unappetizing that I couldn't even eat it; it fell apart because of the oil. The texture was extremely mushy and unpleasant.
I used to really enjoy their arroz con pollo bites with a cafe con leche, but now the bites are consistently cold and stale. The cafe con leche is always way too bitter and dark, despite my repeated requests for it to be light with extra sugar. It feels like they don’t pay attention once you keep ordering from them.
