What Lourdes Fernandez doesn't like about Cafetería Cubana La Guajira:
I asked if their pork was fresh and was told, yes. I ordered a pan con lechon. When I got home I found that there was more bread than pork and when I took a bite, the pork was dry and tough as if it had been refried (not fresh) many times. The pork on pan con lechon is suppose to be fresh and moist with mojito. This type of food might be good for others but not me that knows what real Cuban food should be. The review... Great food friendly people,my wife and I love going there.
Great customer service but there sandwiches aren't edible. The thin paper they use gets stuck into the bread making it impossible to eat it with out eating paper. Very disappointed when I arrived home and realized I spend money for food I couldn't eat.Food: 3/5
