Burgerfi - Pembroke Pines

Today my family and I have dined here (which was deliciously perfect), but then had to return about an hour later when I realized that I had to miss my ring and tore it in the garbage. When I came back, I asked one of the girls who work (Crystal) if they could pull out the garbage bag for me so I could see it through. Instead, they and Bri went beyond and beyond. They took out the garbage bag and then also gloves, and the three of us went through the full bag together! After we searched the whole thing, we found my ring downstairs. I am alarmed by their customer service and positive, helpful settings. So grateful for Crystal and Bri

My family and I frequent the Burgerfi franchises, and have gone to them in different cities. We were joking that we don't go anywhere unless they have a Burgerfi. Our experience visiting the Burgerfi in Pembroke Pines was no exception. The customer service from Deana and Gianni was fantastic. I could tell the establishment was being managed very well by Clovis. Highly recommend it to everyone visiting Pembroke Pines.

I just love Burger Fi burgers and fries! The staff is always nice and friendly and the restaurant is always so clean! I would like to give a shout out to Zach who was super helpful and sweet. Keep up the good work Zach!! Your kindness is greatly appreciated. I recommend Burger Fi P. Pines to anyone looking for a tasty burger in a clean, friendly environment.

Great service, the burger are well cooked and fries are not burned. The staff of clovis, Laura, Sammy and Jenn always working hard, keep it up.
