Buddha Bowl - Pembroke Pines

Buddha bowl in Pembroke shops gardens is excellent, great place and good flavors.

I had a pleasant dining experience at a restaurant in the Shoppes at Pembroke Gardens. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was tasty, although it arrived a bit cold as it had been sitting out for a while. Despite this, I enjoyed my meal. There were quite a few people ahead of me in line waiting for their orders to be assembled. I visited around noon and tried a bowl with quinoa, garlic broccoli, mushrooms, herbal tomatoes, parmesan, and spicy dragon sauce. Once they work out the kinks of their recent opening and the kitchen can keep up with demand, I can see this becoming a go-to spot. They also proudly state that they are completely gluten-free, which is a significant advantage for my wife.

I'm not sure if the reviews below are genuine or not, but based on my own experience, this restaurant has a great healthy focus. The food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the food here. It’s great to see more restaurants accommodating those with strong gluten sensitivities, especially since I have friends who are affected by gluten.
