The Wing Company Pembroke

I had a frustrating experience with Wing Company Pembroke while trying to order dinner for my family tonight. I noticed that online ordering was turned off, so I decided to call the restaurant instead. However, I was informed that because my order exceeded $50, their policy now requires customers to provide their credit card number over the phone. This practice raises serious security concerns, as giving your card number verbally can expose you to potential fraud. I find it very disappointing that a local business would implement such a risky policy, especially when many families are looking for convenience. To make matters worse, when I spoke with the manager, she insinuated that I was illiterate and didn’t know how to place an order online. This kind of disrespectful attitude is unacceptable and only added to my disappointment. I will be seeking out other businesses that prioritize customer safety and accommodate busy families. I hope Wing Company reconsiders their policies and customer service approach in the future.

Wings Co in Pembroke is a gem! Alana and Hannah behind the bar were incredible—friendly, skilled, and made every drink to perfection. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a great night out. Highly recommend stopping by!

Chaznee is one of the best servers I have had in a long time. Whenever I I’m the area I will be. Will be coming back just for her!

Sat at the bar with Sabryna, had a great time. Good beer selection, fast service, will be coming back.

Customer service goes along way.. with that being said, this place is God awful. We were not greeted upon entering this establishment, my wife and and I stood expecting some type of greeting from the hostess, after we engaged with the hostess she informed us it was a 30min wait (which we wouldn’t mind) but we had to ask the hostess to cause she just looked at Rudely and didn’t acknowledge us until we said something, with no option to sit at the bar until we asked if that was an option. Once we arrived at the bar we sat there for over 10 min with multiple of the staff and servers just looking and walking by with zero acknowledgment, not even a “be with you shortly” nothing, would never recommend or visit this establishment ever again, truly wish I could give it less then one star!!
