I really enjoy the Philly cheesesteak subs! My boyfriend is a huge fan of the Italian sub. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the Philly cheesesteak tasted great. The staff were also very friendly. The only downside was that although the menu listed root beer, I couldn't find any available.

When I visit, I don’t feel welcomed or treated equally, which is disappointing because I really enjoy their subs. I probably won’t be returning. However, there is one woman, whose name may start with a J, who is always kind. Unfortunately, everyone else I’ve interacted with has been impatient and unfriendly. If you don’t like serving people of all backgrounds, maybe consider a different job.

I placed my order online yesterday for my team holiday lunch, even had someone call to verify, we get there at the designated time and guess what my order had not been touched. The staff found theorder ticket and literally just looked at each other as if they did not know what to do, so now we are waiting for thesandwiches that were already suppose to be prepared and there was not a bit of empathy shown. Maybe next time will be better.

There have been ti... read more This place can be quite inconsistent. When it delivers, the subs are great, but when it doesn’t, it’s usually because they skimp on the meat. There have been times when I've ordered a large steak and cheese or cold cut sub, only to find that the meat is so sparse that I have to consolidate it from one half to the other just to have enough for a decent sandwich. The toppings are always fresh, and my orders are consistently accurate, which I appreciate. I would have rated this place 5 stars if it weren't for the varying quality of the subs. Given how pricey Jersey Mike's subs are, I expect them to provide enough meat—instead, I often feel like I’m paying for a giant size sub but end up with what amounts to a regular size when I have to merge both halves.

The staff were playing loud, offensive music with explicit language, including racial slurs like the "n-word." Not everyone was wearing aprons, and I witnessed employees handling raw chicken and steak, then touching raw onions without following proper hygiene practices. Some of the workers appeared more like customers who had wandered behind the counter to prepare food. With such issues, management's absence was very noticeable. This certainly did not reflect well on Jersey Mike's or their menu.
