Close to the great restaurant, good hotel with affordable prices.

Nice place to stay here. we stay for 4 nights. the building is new. the environment is good. clean, not overcrowded. Sure comes back when Siantar... the only cone in the room is not a window... so we don't know the weather.

I've found it easy to get acces to public facility such as mini market, cafes or restaurants. Around 10 mins far from city center, clean room, yet i got a no window access room.

Was a bit sceptical when I asked the price and walked in, because I 've seen hotels like this with the same price range. But it turned out okay.. I stayed in the superior room € 23/night) with two beds, air conditioning, hot shower In other reviews I read patrons complaint about the staff not being polite enough, but need I remind you this is Pematangsiantar; I spent my child hood here I live somewhere else now) and that 's just the town 's people , they have good heart though harsh manners

It was a bit weird actually. All the staff, from check-in counter to the dine-in area, did not know how to smile. I should honestly say, however, that they were quite polite and responsive. I booked three rooms for one-night stay. Two rooms were OK, but Room No. 210 was dusty like it had never been occupied for years. During my stay, I made three calls to ask for help and did not need wait for more than a minute. Breakfast was included and it was not bad.
