The food is always fresh and served hot, but I've noticed they often get online and drive-thru orders wrong. More than a few times, I've returned home only to discover items missing or orders made incorrectly. When I call to address the issues, they usually ask me to drive back to pick up the forgotten items or offer to include them in my next order for free. It would be great if they could simply pay closer attention to the orders and get them right the first time. However, this hasn't deterred us from dining there.

The food is delicious, the service is fantastic, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. However, I believe they could increase their sales by refining their menu to make it more accessible to a wider audience, including those who speak English as a second language. Additionally, some sandwiches are not included in the menu displayed on the counters inside the store!
