Burger King - Pella

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I visited the Drive-Thru on 24th april at 18:20 pm. the type we had was really lazy. I specifically told him on the burger that I didn't want a ketchup, but I wanted the mayo. I ignored our request and asked for pages and drinks. not even our request. as a worker in pella. that's unhappy. we're never gonna get back. but we go to all the other almost food in pella. nice job bk they have just lost ten customers

We waited in the drive thru with many other cars no one welcomed or helped, after many minutes cars started to pull out one after the other when we drove there were 3 employees outside the smoking. on the doorstep there was a sign that the dining room was closed due to a personal shortage. the workers just sat there and smoked while all the cars were sitting and waiting to be helped.

Replace with Chick-Fil-A asap they gave almost nothing it tastes good, but they never get their order it is not even a small fill why you should go here when it is next to the scenes Chick-Fil-A or wendy’s

Dreadfully replace this with a chikfil if yu like burger king they like men.

ZERO STARS They are never open and would it be so difficult to put signs up somewhere so that customers don't wait in line at the drive thru forever!!!! What a joke and a huge disappointment.
