What Ashley doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
I’m not quite sure what is going on with this location, but the workers (including the young manager) are disrespectful and lack basic knowledge of proper customer service. I love Chick-fil-A, but the Pell City location is awful. The food tastes good when they actually get your order correct. View all feedback.
The girl who took my order was chewing g gum, hair hanging g in her face. I ordered a 8 piece chicken nugget meal, I got a 30 piece( which I paid for). Asked for sauce, got that mixed up. A grilled chicken sandwich meal, the bun fell apart. They were busy, not bombarded. I didnt realize about the price until i sat down, my granddaughter was ready to go play. Didn't address the issue with staff, difnt feel like it would go anywhere. Attentiveness wasn't on anyone's mind. Do better
Was picking up a customer order I was door dashing as I was standing there looking confident not one cashier, Manger , assistant manager at lunch there was ALOT of workers there and when I told the cashier I was there to pick up a door dash order her reply was ok and started wiping down table 's off I was very disappointed in the way I was treated there Chick-fil-A in Pell City, AL ?

Honestly told my wife I felt like I was at a McDonald’s. When I first walked in, I noticed a handful of unhappy customers on the side with receipts who looked like they had been waiting.Soon I also joined that group, as I watched most of the young crew up front gossiping, socializing, meandering about doing chores like sweeping. Even one was consuming a milkshake up front which is a major no no in food service in front of customers. Point being, getting orders out in a timely and professional manner didn’t appear to be a priority, which is usually the experience at CFA. Finally got my order after about 12 minutes and it was missing items. Disappointing.Food also wasn’t great. Nuggets were soggy instead of crisp. Same with sandwich.
Yummy can strips.. lil on the small side, but good. I ordered the 3 piece.
