I am giving it a rating of 3 because I was under the impression that they served smoked wings, based on a post from a couple of years ago. However, when I tried the wings, I found them to be small and overcooked. The buffalo sauce was great though. Despite this disappointment, I still enjoyed my experience at the restaurant and appreciated the variety of other delicious options available. I also liked that they only offered Ontario local drafts, which was a nice touch.

During my d... read more I recently went to Iggys for the second time in a few weeks. I didn't write a review after my first visit because I was dissatisfied, so I held off. During my dinner on a Saturday night, I was disappointed once again. Firstly, one of our clean side plates had food on the bottom of it, which was quite off-putting. The service was incredibly slow, possibly due to the high number of regular customers the establishment has and not being prepared for other guests. The food service was also very slow, with it taking about 30 minutes for nachos and salsa, and our dinner arriving almost an hour after we sat down and 50 minutes after we ordered. The food was average, with us ordering burgers, wings, and a cuban wrap. Our waitress was friendly and pleasant, but it seemed like the establishment wasn't equipped to handle the increased demand. I don't blame our server, but rather the person in charge of scheduling shifts. It seemed like they only had two servers and a bartender working on a Saturday night at 7 pm. The beer selection was good, but it didn't make up for the slow and subpar service. Unfortunately, I will be trying a different restaurant next time I'm in Pelham for dinner.

This time, my husband’s food was burnt, our entrees came 20 minutes apart, and the server advised me item was not spicy but it very much was. I told him it was spicy. No effort made to rectify this. Horrible food and horrible service
