My experience was this. Someone died in the bathroom of an overdose, at no point in the 3 hours that person was in there, did anyone do their HOURLY bathroom check. A customer picked the washroom lock after being told by staff the locks locked from the inside. Whenever we're in Leamington we stop at the 7Eleven so the kids can get slushies. Good location and friendly staff...
