We came in eager to try the buffet menu, only to find food scattered all over the floor and cleaning supplies placed right next to the dishes. When I asked an employee why no one was cleaning up, they said they were very busy. Yet, I saw only a few staff taking orders while the rest were on their phones, smoking, or hanging out in the lobby. Their careless attitude was shocking. The buffet had old, stale food like chicken and corn everywhere. After seeing this, we requested a refund but were denied a full one, which was ridiculous since we hadn’t eaten anything except our drinks. I wouldn’t recommend eating at KFC unless you want a visit to the emergency room!
