Food was cold and soggy, the man up front was very rude even talked about my weight and said “is this enough food for you or would you like more”

Food was gross got my 12 bucks back for the burger, first time here last time here check out the pic ive added even thoe the girl in drive threw was very polite im sry cant put this in my body

The management especially the manager Judy is so pleasant and remembers customers names and their order, to be honest she is why I come to this Hardee’s every morning. “GREAT STORE, GREAT STAFF, and VERY CLEAN. I will continue to come back every morning “GREAT JOB, I HOPE THAT THEY GET THIS MESSAGE PASSED DOWN TO THEM. THEY ARE AMAZING!

5/28/24 made a mobile order in the App. Showed up 7 minutes later, ETA for the order to be ready was 422. I was still waiting in the drive through at 435. Time isn't the biggest issue, the fact that I got 2 HOT ham cheese that were barely lukewarm. My fries were warm, not hot...what exactly was I sitting in the drive through waiting for if it wasn't for my food to be hot....or at the very least, warm. Ordered a LARGE strawberry lemonade, the cup was the size of a kids drink. Not only did I order that, but I paid to have it upgraded to a large, and again, it was the size of a kids drink. Service was OK, not great. I do not understand the wait time. Especially when mobile app orders are meant to be ready when I get there, give or take a few, which I did and understand
