My food a... read more The management here seems unable to effectively train or lead their staff. The front-of-house employee didn’t even know the menu or what a coupon was. My food arrived cold, and the fries were soggy and unappetizing. The manager only rolled their eyes at me, making me feel like the ignorant one. It appears that corporate doesn’t care at all about the situation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I would recommend avoiding this location; I can only imagine what the kitchen is like behind the scenes.

I wasn't attended to at al... read more I walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes, during which three employees noticed me but didn't acknowledge my presence. I wasn't attended to at all, not even with a simple "we'll be with you in a moment." One of the employees took her jacket to go outside for a smoke without making sure someone recognized that I was waiting.
