What Austin C dislikes about Casey's:
This place has really deteriorated, particularly in the kitchen. The pizzas are often poorly made or undercooked. When I visited today at 11:30 AM, there were no pizzas or sandwiches available in the warmers—just a few old breakfast sandwiches that looked like they'd been sitting there for hours. I stop by this restaurant two or three times a week to grab a drink for my commute and sometimes for breakfast. The hot items are consistently fresh and delicious, and the donuts here are the best I've had compared to any other Casey's locations nationwide. The staff is also consistently friendly and their smiles help brighten my day!

The person who took our pickup order sounded completely out of it and kept asking the same questions repeatedly. He informed us that there would be an hour wait, but when we arrived to pick up our pizzas, they hadn’t even been made. All he could say was, “Oh, sorry, I must have overlooked it.” This Casey's has had a long history of poor service, and it just keeps getting worse.
