Applebee's Grill - Pekin

I would rate this restaurant highly for its excellent service and delicious food—especially the mushroom Swiss burger, which was fantastic! However, the music was almost too much to handle. It was a mix of heavy metal and classic rock, and it was played at a very loud volume. I would recommend opting for something more calming for a dining atmosphere.

Delicious food and friendly service. The waitress complimented my shirt. I would rate it 5 out of 5!

The music selection could use improvement or perhaps it should just be turned off. On a positive note, Haley, our server, was exceptional. It was the best service we’ve received at the Pekin location in a long time.

Can't really rate the food, sat for 20mins and no one waited on us, we did notice that all the other waitresses were on top of their tables but there was one in our area that I was sure was our waitress, however she was too busy having a conversation with a table to even look around. I get being friendly but you are there to do a job, and after a long day I choose this restaurant to give my money only to be ignored.

Our male waiter was outstanding and he was attentive to us although we were the only ones in the restaurant at 9:00 on a Tuesday night. We had a burger and if you like your fries done crispy like I do, be sure to ask. The deal they have going on with 5 boneless chicken for $1 is a good and I recommend the honey barbecue . They were sweet but not to and the barbecue marinade was just right but I ate it with a fork not my fingers. Drink, burger fries and $1 special I mentioned my bill came to $20.05 and left 20% cash tip. Very good !!
