At first I was pessimistic gitu. But turns out.... Room. Nice. Service. Excellent They put sticker and mark room that already being cleaned. Nice rooftop to chill. Very nice wedang uwuh drink cost you only 35k!! Including taxes

Strategic hotel in Pekanbaru because located beside Transmart and also nearby Living world and SKA mall, so its easy for the customer to go and having fun. This hotel service is very good, from the room service, rooftop and infinity pool. Their breakfast also outstanding bcs having a lot of variety from Indonesian food till western. the best part is because they also provide jamu during breakfast. They hv 2 lift for the guest. For me having a high level room is very nice, in the morning can see sunrise. But you need to queue to use the lift bcs too much ppl using it also.

I did not expect that the entrance was supposed to get through the mall entrance gate in front of it. But my experience was great! Great comfortness, great service and helpful staff. They provide delicate food as well. Since its located next to dept store, you dont have to worry to find some stuff you need. Regardless, it's rare to find local restaurant in a short distance except the one across the hotel. Good hotel for business trip, but you need a more kick to earn more experience of Pekanbaru.

My first experience staying at The Zuri Pekanbaru and holding an event, I was quite satisfied with the service provided. Starting from ordering and coordinating through sales marketing Manager Mrs. Yessy via whatsapp, until the day of the event in general everything was as expected. Including good service and quick response from the banquet staff, Mr. Adit, who really helped the smooth running of the event. Despite the small shortcomings that existed at the time of organizing the event, I personally express my appreciation for The Zuri Pekanbaru. Hopefully the existing quality can be maintained and improved. Best wishes and good health always.
