We ate here on Sunday evening and enjoyed the Tarteiflett and the chicken cordon bleu . The food was excellent quality and the service was very good. Would defiantly return! View all feedback.
What CWNL doesn't like about L'armoise:
We had raclette here, a local cheese -based specialty. Food and prices were normal for the area, but the menu was quite limited especially for vegetarians. Also the side salad was small and very basic. The location is wrong on the map in TripAdvisor. So we walked there and found out that we were in the wrong village! Actually the restaurant is in plan peisey. Minus one point for this issue. View all feedback.
Although we were the only table in on Sunday evening we had an excellent meal. Tartiflette was huge and delicious. Both white and red house wine were very acceptable

On a skiing trip and looking for somewhere to eat on the chalet hosts night off. We went to L 'Armoise and were amazed, all 4 of us ordered the 'specials ' on the menu and struggled to finish the meal in fact we struggled to get it all on the table. The highlight was the coffee with three cakes at the end for just 6 euros.
Our kids love 'Hot Stones ' (piedd-something, in French) where they put an electric 'stone ' in the middle of the table and serve raw strips of beef chicken and duck which you then cook yourselves. Come with chips and salad. V. friendly helpful, plus nice room.
We went here for dinner on a ski trip. This simply presented restaurant surprised and wowed all of us with superb steak, duck, salads and salmon.
