Especially when on social networks the same evening you say you are 9 deliverers and have the fastest delivery service... It's not the first time it happens. I can understand that you have a lot of customers etc. but in these cases do not give a maximum time if you are not sure to respect it or not say this kind of message on the networks it is contradictory... waiting 20 min or 1h is not the question is the principle
