Sometimes it happens that employees have a bad day, but what you can understand in stress.

The staff unfortunately have no clue whatsoever, and on top of that, the restaurant is listed among participating restaurants for Subway Rewards. On-site, they say it only works with online orders (where you can only pay by credit card?!? because they don 't have a scanner?!? Even with the vouchers that are occasionally available in paper form, they say doesn 't work here ! So, sorry, but then it can 't be called a PARTICIPATING restaurant?!? They couldn 't give me a contact person for complaints, or even ask a manager ! So, I think it 's abysmal. Please remove it from the list of participating restaurants or train the staff better
