A great little bar with good, inexpensive food. Cocktails are also really tasty and the price is right, considering you're sitting right by the sea. Meal type: Other Price per person: €15–20 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lee Beach:
the woman who served me actually said: “I feel sorry for vegans, everything they can eat is salad”, which summarizes the keeping of their menu to vegans. I simply asked to remove the feta in a baguette and replace it with avocado, which she could not understand why someone would do that... if they are vegan, they won't go here. oh and the meat meal my partner ordered was also terrible, so I wouldn't recommend it for... This restaurant offers limited options for vegans, including a falafel wrap, vegan burger, pitta with hummus, and other vegan side dishes. They also serve soy milk with coffees. I tried the vegan falafel wrap with fries, hummus with pitta, and a soy freddo cappuccino. The food was enjoyable for a quick lunch with a lovely view overlooking the beach. The hummus was delicious, the falafels were tasty, and the coffee was strong and enjoyable.
The server at this restaurant made a disparaging remark about vegans, revealing the overall lack of vegan-friendly options on the menu. When I requested a simple substitution in my order, the server was baffled by my request. I would advise against dining here if you follow a vegan diet. Additionally, the meat dish my partner ordered was also subpar, making this restaurant a poor choice for anyone, regardless of dietary preferences.
You can have houmous and Pitta, vegan burgers or falafel baguette. I chose the latter and it was very bland and dry. It's close to the beach, so for a quick bite it's okay. The sluts are cool! Updated by previous review on 2022-10-02
