To make matters worse, the food I received was terrible. I ended up with food poisoning after eating it. Not the way I wanted to spend New Year's Eve.

It includes two large mashed potatoes with gravy, a large coleslaw, biscuits, and eight pieces of chicken, which is perfect for a family of four. For a quick bite, I often go for the three-piece combo. Overall, the food is tasty and satisfying, and I highly recommend stopping by any day!

The woman who took our order she gave us the 12 piece bucket with fried chicken. When we open it in our table we found she gave us the wrong one. We immediately took it to the counter and showed it. She looked at the screen and said we ordered the fried chicken. Me, my husband, children were there while giving the order, we both got shocked,,after her statement. My children were asking too why did she gave us the fried one, as we ordered the regular one . She put the wrong item in the system and said we ordered that!!! Please we would suggest keep a audio recorder in the store, if you don’t want to admit your mistake!! We couldn’t eat that fried chicken even half of them , as we don’t like fired chicken. Very weird, never expected and experienced this kind of behaviour before in kfc !!!

Do yourself a favor and choose Popeyes instead!
