Once they arrive, they are greeted by a friendly host and a beautiful environment, with a decoration of wine bottles over the walls and atmospheric jazz music. everything looks very neat. the chef is passionate about meat and if they conversate with it, he knows to be sure. while waiting for our order, we received a greeting from the kitchen in the form of a plate with beautifully decorated meat on rucola with a yogurt side dive. the main course was a beautiful entrecôte, which the cook prepared before us, smoked on lemongrass and fluffed with sambuca. everything in all it was a great experience and one of the best places to eat during our trip to Sicily.
