My girlfriend and I were there before. We placed our order. We waited 40 minutes and then they asked for our order again because they were frustrated, of course there is no problem here, as this can happen to anyone. After that, they brought out what we ordered, with the exception of the onion rings and a sauce, and on top of that, the bun of one of the burgers was soggy from the sauce that it was impossible to eat normally. Finally, we ate what was brought out and I went to the counter to pay. They asked if everything was alright, and when I told them about the problems that had arisen, the reaction was that we could choose a 0.5 soft drink as a consolation, which cost them approximately HUF 200 in purchase price, and we left several thousand there, I won 't say it twice, humiliated I felt. In addition, they held some kind of eating competition, and when we finally got our food after almost an hour, hungry, some host came to us to shout and applaud. What can I say, hungry and nervous, I wanted nothing more than to be instructed during the year. So overall, the place was a disappointment for me. If someone else goes there, I hope they will be treated differently.
