We totally went overboard with a pitaya bowl, vegan pancakes, enormous load of fresh avocado salsa and the best almond milk cappuccinos! I asked to see the almond milk carton to make sure it was unsweetened which they were happy to do. Amazing coffee (yes, I’m a coffee snob! Knowledgeable on gluten free options. Super fast service despite their sign saying everything is fresh and to be patient. Very helpful, kind staff. Great vibe. Easy to locate. Everyone speaks English (it’s def a tourist spot. The raw cakes looked amazing but we’ll have to come back with emptier bellies! A specials board had one or two vegan options. Portions are plentiful! Vegan pancakes came with honey, but we were made aware of that. Given a glass bottle of water with two glasses and paper straws (yay for no plastic! as soon as we sat down.
