The pump has been messed up f... read more I've tried calling several times to find out if they have any kerosene since that's where I've bought it for years for our heater. The pump has been messed up for most of the winter so I've had to find it at other places. The phone just rings with no one answering and I'm 22 miles one way so I'd rather not burn my gas out to find out if the pump is working or not!

He deserves recognition for going above and beyond for customers. Especially at midnight. A raise and a promotion are also well deserved in my opinion.
