Little Caesars Pizza - Pearsall

Does this place have a manager?? I'm sure they are busy at times but I just called 6 times no answer. Not the first time I couldn't get someone to answer from previous orders. Once I called 10 times because I was annoyed- still NO answer! I took the family someplace else! For some reason the app doesn't always work with this location. I have no problems with the app at any other locations. Other than that, they are usually pretty quick with the order. I order here about once a week.

If you are trying to order from here, select the pickup at Store Option and do not use their DoorDash option. The Doordash will never deliver because it is such a small city and Doordash is not far available. Do not try to call the restaurant, they will not answer their phones. Your food will sit for hours and the only way to even see if it's ready to go physically to the store. Awful customer service when I arrived to ask if my food was ready to wait 3 hours (the original wait was estimated 50min), they said jap here it is then I called the phone while in the store and heard it ring, I asked the guy do, they answer their phones. He said no, not while we were busy... when I arrived, the cashier literally sat in the corner on her phone.

Bad pizza. You 'll get sick. Don 't get anything from here. I was sick for a day afterward. After reading everyone 's reviews, I should have known better. Save your money and, more important, save your health.

Pizza, breadsticks, crazy sauce are all prepared correctly. No surprises with food, just like all other Little Caesars. However, the lady that works the early shift is usually rude and not customer service oriented. We have experienced her rudeness repeatedly. She exhibits a bad attitude. Ex: I 'd like 2 pepperoni pizzas , her response at the drive-thru speaker how many? We responded 2 t-w-o , her reaction you don 't have to spell it!! SMH

We just had the very pepperoni pizza. And excellent customer service in the drive through. Thank y?all for for delicious food. See you next time passing through ????
