What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Why does this starbuck exist? They're always slow and always screw up my drink. I avoid these starbucks like the epicentre of the pandemic. I'm sure the Baristas are friendly and working hard. But there was no transaction where everything went right. And it's not like I get a complicated order. Just an American. But – it's never good. If I want Starbucks, I'll get out of my way to Pearland Parkway or Longwood. View all feedback.
Went in to get a cake pop and had to give my name and wait when the cashier clearly wasn?t busy. He could?ve simply given me the cake pop right then and there. Instead, he had another gentleman give me my order. They weren?t very busy either inside or drive thru. Avoid their lack of customer service and support local!
Ordered through uber for the 3rd time and received my Venti drink with 2-3 inches empty. The first time I thought it was just overlooked. But now for the 3rd time same thing, the cup keeps getting lighter and lighter. I love these drinks, but think I'm going to start getting them in store to make sure I'm getting what I'm paying for ???? Uber has nothing to do with my cup not getting filled all the way.
I used to visit this place frequently about 5-6 years ago when I was finishing college. It had a wonderful atmosphere that helped me focus on my work. However, every Starbucks I go to now is incredibly loud—just yesterday, I experienced the same issue at the one near NASA. Between the noise from behind the counter and the loud music, it has reached a point where I might as well sit in my car at a park with an inverter to charge my laptop instead. Now that I'm working on a teaching certificate, I find that this place just isn't worth going to anymore.
If you order ahead it?s almost always ready on time. The coffee however is always very strong. I prefer sweet drinks so if I order extra pumps of flavor it?s because I like it sweet. They NEVER put very much cold foam on top leaving a strong unflavored drink. I?ve even paid $1 extra for extra foam and it?s still only 1 inch at the most even thought a picture of cold brew clearly shows at least double or triple that. I?ve ordered at different times of the day and different days so it?s not just one barista. Likely this is what is being taught , maybe to save product ? I started driving out of my way to a different location.
The gentleman at the drive-thru was incredibly funny and charming, with a big smile on his face. The service was quick, and everything I ordered was just perfect and delicious. He even enjoyed my music so much that he encouraged me to turn it up so we could enjoy it together. His enthusiasm and smile really made my day!
