Pizza Hut - Pearland

Will definitely not order here again. Order for delivery and cheese had deferred the pizza, there were no spices on my bread sticks, no sauce on my wings, and they did not supply drinks. I tried to correct this and they could not find my order, so I had to send my receipt by email. Then they responded to the e-mail that they found the order, but offered no solutions or even at least an apology. Try to answer and call the email, but no one answers in memory and no one will respond to emails. The worst experience I ever had with a delivery.

This is our go to location for pizza its always fresh and hot just the way my son likes it . Almost 5 years never any issues here

Order the box with two pizzas and one pasta…received three pizzas. Now my family is cool with it but I wanted to let them know anyway. No one answers the phone when you have a “concern regarding order or experience “. Definitely answer when placing an order but you can’t complain there. Has to be with the manager who never answers the phone.

Please do not waste your time with this location. Sat with my family in the drive thru to pick up our order and we were blatantly ignored by several employees. I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant but at least give me the food I've already paid for.. or at least acknowledge the drive thru customer.

For the second time in a month, I tried to order from this store for delivery only to be told that there were no drivers and that my order had been canceled. You would think a pizza place, of all businesses, would want to have delivery drivers.
