Jax Burger Fries Shakes - Pearland

We ordered a pick up order. We live five minutes away but the fries were soggy. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which was ok, but not very flavorful. The beef burger was cooked well but wasn’t seasoned at all. The onion rings are those cornmeal battered style and partially burned. I wouldn’t order these again.

The menu on the counter had 1 price, but I was charger almost $2.00 more. When I inquired, I was told that sometimes the prices change. However, the price I expected to be charged was on the counter beside the register. I asked to speak to the manager, who I was told was not there. They refunded my money. I feel it is bad business to display one price, especially at the register where orders are taken, then charge a higher price. Then, be unwilling to make the price adjustment. I should have returned the entire order because the burger, bun, and meat, we not up to par.

I placed an order at the wrong location and the person Manuel refused to give me a refund, he was very disrespectful when I asked about other options for my order. Then he gave me a fake number to contact his manager

This place is great!!! I was disappointed about the review that said that hair was found in the food. I go to this establishment at least once a week since they opened and know all of the staff. There is no way that incident happened. The management and staff give excellent customer service. The young man mentioned is one the most caring employees. I love Jaxs and encourage you to give this location a try. Thanks.

The food was great! I think it's our new burger spot. I got a shroom burger and my husband got a chicken sandwich. We both really liked it and the fries were good too! Will definitely be back.
