Hesitant to come here for the reviews, but we had a great experience. The woman who worked the drive thru was very polite, although she was clearly busy. It took about 3 minutes from the order to get our food. Everything was right and absolutely delicious. My children's meal was also correct (customer order), and Pommes were hot. That's the slowest Jack in the box I've never been on the line with anyone. They didn't clean the shaking machine before they made every shake. It's ridiculous and we won't be back. View all feedback.

Tacos or freshly made the curly fries could have had a few more big fries in there than small pieces
They are not open when the hours say they should be. Food it trash
Says open 24 hours. Closes at midnight and opens at 6 am. Lights on and workers there. Sit at the speaker for no one to let you know, and when you pull to the window the person with the headphones runs to the back. Place is terrible, wished tey would close and something else open up worth it.
Just grabbed a couple of tacos! ? There was an extremely long wait in the drive through.
