Contribute FeedbackI had the worst experience at this restaurant and will never return. I placed an order for 10 pounds but only received about 4 pounds. I waited over an hour for my food, and when it finally arrived, the crawfish was cold. They didn’t inform me that my order would be short, yet I was still charged the full amount. There was a man there, who I think might have been the owner, and he was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge their mistake. It's clear that the staff lacks proper training and customer service values. Customers should never be treated this way. It’s unacceptable to play with people's money and time. I wish I could give them zero stars because the way I was treated was truly awful. This was my first experience like this, marked by a complete lack of respect, professionalism, and service.
