My experience with the customer service at this restaurant was poor. If I had known, I wouldn't have renewed my membership just 20 minutes before it expired. After being a member since the 1980s, this will be my final year.

I don't often visit Sam's Club, but being a member has its perks and it's time to renew. They have great deals on baby clothes and the checkout line wasn't too long. I will definitely be returning for some holiday shopping.

Finding a handicap parking spot at this restaurant is nearly impossible. I typically use Sam's pharmacy, which already requires a long walk from the front door. With only around 12 to 15 handicap parking spots available, I often wonder why I put myself through the struggle of picking up my medications. I wish there were more handicap parking spaces or a handicap Uber service to make the quarter-mile journey to the front door easier. Unfortunately, it seems that the situation has not changed. Handicapped parking options are extremely limited, but Stephanie in the pharmacy stands out as the best employee. She goes above and beyond to assist pharmacy customers. I wish she was also in charge of increasing the number of handicap parking spots, as it would have been addressed by now. If it weren't for the pharmacy, I would never return to this restaurant.
