The service... read more Place just looks tired is the best way I can put it. We went once and were quite underwhelmed. As the kids would say, this restaurant is very “mid”. The service was pretty decent but the food was below average. There was no semblance of presentation and the burger just lacked that quality you should get in a sit down restaurant. Looked more like a late night Wendys burger. It’s a shame because I have lots of fond memories of this chain. The one that used to be in Jackson, TN was the go-to lunch meetup for me and my grandfather who passed 7 years ago. I think I understand why that location in Jackson, TN and many others went away. Quality simply went out the window at some point. Ruby Tuesday definitely used to be way better.

I... read more The first time I went I got shrimp, fries, and a half a rack of baby back ribs. The fries was not done the shrimp were not good but the ribs was pretty good. I gave them another try I got a full rack of baby back ribs and fries. The ribs was okay but my friend was still not done and they didn't give me a lot of fries.
