I ordered a deep dish pizza on September 21, 2022, at 6:30 PM and had the pleasure of observing an outstanding team at the Highway 80 location in Pearl, MS while I waited. Each member of the staff took great pride in their work and the business overall! From the cashier to the woman making the pizzas, the man cutting and boxing them, and the one managing the drink fridge, every movement was purposeful and efficient.... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
My experience at this restaurant was awful. I ordered the icb and marinara, but the service was disappointing. The staff member was rude and spent the entire time on the phone while taking my order. To make matters worse, my money fell, and he handed me the change he had chosen, not what I was supposed to get. The bread was stale and had way too much butter or garlic—I'm not sure what it was, but it was overwhelming.... View all feedback.
Don't give her orders from the drive thru, told me that I had to come, had my two little children in the car and I wasn't going to leave them unattended, so I asked for a refund. for 15 minutes literally 15 minutes, they argued on the window with me, in front of my children, waving their poor incredibly rude, revoking my refund. I didn't drive away with any pizza and no refund. never again.
On multiple occasions my family has tried to stop and get a pizza. Every time we were told it’ll be 15 mins even on a slow day like Sunday. Employees are either sitting around gossiping or on their phones outside
I waited for over an hour for my pizza. The first pizza I got was cold and not cooked all the way so they had to make another one. I wouldn’t come to this location If you are ready for something hot to eat and don’t want to wait.
All I wanted was a pizza but after sitting in the drive thru behind someone (so I couldn’t just leave) I Googled the phone number and called the store, which no one answered!! The lady in front of me finally just drove off and I was right behind her. I get around front and wouldn’t you know it all of the employees are outside taking a smoke break.
The employees weren't dressed professionally, but I gave them the benefit of doubt, because my impression was to turn around and go order some where else, but I stayed hoping that despite of my impression, I'll get a quality food service. The guy that fixed my pizza, fixed it with his bare hands, didn't know rather or not he washed his hands, but anyone that serves or fix food should have gloves on. The pizza was undercooked and disgusting. Along with the other pizzas I had, appeared to been sitting up in the warmer for quite some time, those pizzas were hard and tough. I gotten pizza from there a little while ago, and there was a different staff at the time I experienced better service then, I'm not for sure what's happening now this time, lack customer service maybe? My daughter's birthday food was displeasing. I won't be wasting money there again.
