Went in because we were hungry for Dunkin as we are from up north and everything down here seems to be Krispy. I now see why that's the case. Empty cases, the kid says no food, just drinks and glazed. Wanted to buy a dozen but just got 2 and one of those 2 the girl working the window sold. How can a donut shop allow the place to sell out of donuts? View all feedback.
Service is very slow. Every time I come here on my way to work it take forever to order and get my drink.
I’ve been to this Dunkin location several times to really cultivate a review. Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. Employees do not make the customer feel welcome. They drive through window is never answered with a welcome and it makes you want to spend your money elsewhere. By far the worst location I’ve ever been to.
I made a drive thru mobile order and when i got there they told me there was almost no creamer so they gave pumpkin creamer and then gave us donuts and the coffee but no bagels or sandwiches that i ordered. i went in to get them and they had no bagels but cinnamon raisin. the worst part, my wife got incredibly sick because she is lactose intolerant and instead of puttting almond milk like requested must have put regular. never going again and advise every human to avoid this placeDietary restrictions: they hate their jobs and ignore the dietary restrictions on your order, so do not order here. i’m driving my wife to the hospital now because they put real milk instead of almond in her drink.

Horrible customer service..the drive thru lady is just plain horrible! I wish a dunkin donuts exec would just to the drive thru and experience the horror. Better customer service is needed asap! ???
