I stayed at this facility and was so pleasantly surprised! Very clean rooms and excellant service. The man who checked me in was informative and kind and the young lady who checked me out was as well. The room was spotless! Kudos to house keeping and the gentlemen who helped with my remote was kind as well! Location is excellant with many food choices around the corner! Will stay again for bussiness travel.

I stayed on June 17, 2023. I thought it was a cute little hotel. I am a single mother traveling with my son, eight years old, and our cat. We felt safe and comfortable there. Our view was wonderful as we could see the lake. It wasn’t anything fancy but we don’t need that, if we were not just passing through I wouldn’t of minded staying another night so I could walk around the lake and see the ducks. I had the impression that the hotel was under renovation as some things were closed. But I didn’t need the pool or the weight room.

My family stayed while passing through. Overall the stay was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful, albeit a little chaotic it felt. The hotel wasn’t necessarily dirty, but didn’t feel clean either. It just felt a little bit neglected. Doors to storage closets were open, sanitizer had stained walls, etc. that didn’t necessarily instill confidence in the cleanliness and care of the rooms. Ultimately, the bed was comfortable, and we all slept well. If you’re looking for a decently priced place for a quick stay over, it’s fine. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay for a few days with nice amenities, I’m not sure I would recommend it.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL, GOOGLE THE ADDRESS, IT SHOWS YOU WHAT THIS HOTEL REALLY LOOK LIKE. THE PICTURES ONLINE ARE ACCURATE. I WAS DENIED A REFUND BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO STAY HERE. DO WASTE YOUR TIME.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. Parking lot and entry are a mess and it only gets worse from there. Patched walls with slopped together paint. Exposed wiring and random clusters of outlets. Dingy smell to the room. Brackets on the walls with nothing attached. Shower felt like something from a third world. Random spots of spackle, uneven tiles, and the rod was broken at the wall from over torqued screws.
