I was charged for a regular combo when I ordered a little john combo. I knew it was the wrong price so I asked the cashier if $9.53 charge was correct. His coworker and him confirmed it was right. Since I didn't want a confrontation over $2, just paid and left. It's just concerning not knowing something basic like the prices of their most popular combos and overcharging.
That WAS Freaky Fast. Went in for an Italian Nightclub combo (always a great sandwich) and it was done the moment I finished paying. Granted, I was the only customer there, but the team worked great together and they were carrying on a conversation with each other and me, so I didn?t even notice my sandwich being made until it was handed to me!
The bread at JJ is wonderful. I love these sandwiches. The staff was friendly. They were cleaning the whole time I was there, so it was very clean.
Order from here regularly through the app, always had a good experience. I like to customize my sandwich and never once was it made wrong. customer service is great, too!
