I absolutely adore this restaurant! I have been here for jersey matches twice and have always been confused by the menu. However, Rea, the manager, made my experience perfect! She patiently explained the menu and the different elements I could add to the subs. What User doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
The service staff at this restaurant is polite and efficient. The only issue is that they occasionally mix up orders. I requested item 13, but received item 5 instead. When I brought it to their attention, they seemed reluctant to correct the mistake. While 5 and 13 may be somewhat similar, they are not the same. Hopefully they can improve their accuracy in the future. View all feedback.
Good place to get a great tasting sub. but they don't know the prices when they look, so they could sue. the place is clean and the subparts are fresh and tasty.
The staff is always so nice and my sandwiches are always AMAZING!!!
Great service and great food. They slice the deli meat as they make your sandwich. I will be back.
I'll never order from these guys ever again. I use their app to order some sandwiches and didn't realize that they added on a $2 digital convenience fee. Because I use their app? Most companies provide coupons and special deals when you use their app and these guys went the opposite direction and it wasn't even clear that it happened until I was questioning the dollar amount and noticed it after the fact. Shame on New Jersey Mike's!
Food was good but was overcharged. They charge separate for drinks and chips instead of making it a combo and charged me for 2 reg subs instead of the 1 giant I ordered. Overall cost about 5-6 dollars over what it should. Food was good though.
