I frequent Chipotle 3-4 times a week at various locations in Georgia. This particular location ranks in the top 3 for cleanliness and overall service. The staff efficiently moved me through the line and did a fantastic job. Although the portions seemed a bit small, I won't dock a star for it. I even noticed that the bathrooms were spotless. This is completely unacceptable! I placed an order through the Chipotle app for delivery to my workplace, and despite selecting multiple toppings, what I received was a complete joke. I am at a loss for words. View all feedback.
Always good. but ordered my food to lift up and waited 30 minutes after it came a little late. communication is everything I was looking for. families came there ordered, ate and left and I waited. I'll go in next time.
So the store itself was fine. The people were friendly and my salad was huge. But i tried the plant based chorizo??? ........ You know the little pieces of burnt flour that somehow ends up on your plate and you chew on it? It's like that. I was disappointed cause it just felt like little burnt bits with every bite. I'll try the sofrito next time. I didn't know the sofrito was tofu based!!!! ????
Service/attitude of staff was unfriendly. Also ordered 3 tacos. Barely any carnitas or cheese in tacos. Staff didn't drain the carnitas and bottom of tacos shell fell apart. See attached pics. Very disappointed in Chipotle
I ordered a burrito bowl w/steak through door dash and this is what I received. I had to throw it away. This is absolutely unacceptable...
Nice and clean, smells delicious from the outside, everyone is working hard and stays busy,food was delicious. I just wish the employees were more friendly to their customers.
