I invited her family-friend event today before the opening on Monday and it was great! Customer service, food and decor were all at the point. My only advice would be to make the toilets more friendly/accessible. Wash a footstool for the toilet and hands would be ideal!

We were invited to the family and friends event and went on Saturday. Not only was the food great, but the staff was far beyond your normal Burgerplatz, the staff was happy to be there and expressed that they delivered in the service. Can't wait for the big opening Monday!!!

The New York hot dog with pommes. Great service, good food. You also have a vegetable burger if I'm not in beef. Definitely worth a try if not several meals

My experience at this BurgerFi was great!!!! The service was A1 from the time we walked in the door until we left. Davon is a great manager and personality and it resonates through this crew. One young lady named Cimone was very attentive and showed great customer service, she was all smiles the entire time, and even offered to bring my food to my table! The crew in the back was efficient, and the young lady that took my order ,Gisela, was very friendly and helpful. Most establishments that are staffed majority by teenagers are generally disorganized and but this was not the case at this restaurant. I would definitely recommend dining here.
