Chef Ian is an experience that is well worth every penny. His food is AMAZING! This is our 2nd year booking with him and we are already working on our dates for next year. Thank you Ian for being so great. You are such a treat!!

What an experience! Chef Ian arrived at our beach house fully prepared to serve us an outstanding meal! When he says salad, he doesn't mention that he goes to the local farmers market and gets the freshest ingredients for that salad. Our favorite was the basil lettuce. The salad was a meal by itself. The food was cooked just right. Scallops were tender, lobster, out of this world and Filet Mignon medium rare.....perfect! Every course was completed with sauces and spices which added a subtle compliment to the dish. Chef Ian is a very pleasant man and so easy to talk with. Would love to have this experience again someday! Don't forget the creme brulee!

We found a real gem in Ian! He showed up at 3:30 on the day and brought every thing he needed to make our gorgeous meal! He is such a lovely person and his food is out of this world. We even had leftovers to enjoy for a couple of days afterwards. If you’re thinking about hiring a personal chef for your vacation, i wouldn’t wait around. He is very popular and gets booked up well in advance. Thank you Ian!!

Chef Ian came to our vacation house to prepare my birthday dinner. There were 12 adults and 2 children. The meal was fabulous. He prepared sushi as an appetizer as I wanted some of my guests to experience a new and different culinary treat. Oh my goodness! It was a hit. My guests are still talking about the delicious meal. Ian has an outgoing personality. I honestly believe he could fit into any group.He was so patient and interactive with my grandchildren. He showed them how to fold the dinner napkins and they loved the activity. He earned 5 stars with them with the B-B-Que sauce for their chicken nuggets. The kids want more of that sauce. Ian sang Motown songs with us, laughed at our family stories with us, and never felt like a stranger or outsider. I will definitely use his services again.

Chef Ian made our wedding night so special with our intimate dinner! The decor was beautiful and everything was absolutely delicious. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. He was also so sweet to our dog and didn’t mind when he kept trying to sneak into the kitchen hahaha. He brought all of his own supplies which was so nice to have a spotless kitchen after he left and no dirty dishes. I would pay triple what we paid for our meal, it was a once in a lifetime experience!! 100% recommend!
