First visit. Great menu. Asian fusion. Large selection of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes. We ordered Shumai (shrimp dumplings) for an appetizer. I ordered Shrimp Teriyaki from the Japanese menu. What GiGi D doesn't like about Green Ginger Peachtree City:
It was just okay. While it filled my hunger, it didn't quite satisfy my cravings for sushi and sashimi, which is disappointing since this is a dedicated sushi restaurant. View all feedback.
We’ve always loved green ginger. Have tried most of the menu and always good. Service is pretty inconsistent but I know short staff has been an issue. I do recommend.
So glad to have finally found some good Chinese food. I’ve been looking for almost 2 decades. Quality Chinese used to be easy to find enjoy, I’m so glad to have found quality again. I can’t wait to see if they perform as well with their Thai food. I’m not able to attempt sushi or any of their many seafood options but greatly appreciate their efforts to prevent cross contamination.

This location is highly recommended!
I'm still on my hunt for some decent Asian food here in Atlanta (not sure why it's so hard to find). We decided to try Green Ginger mainly for the Chicken Pad Thai, which turned out to be just okay. The Sesame Chicken with fried rice was similarly mediocre. I think if we dine here again, we'll order plain rice and add our own soy sauce, since it seems that's what they did with the fried rice we got (I'm more accustomed to having eggs and veggies mixed in). On a brighter note, we did find a lucky egg in our rice—good luck in trying to find any more eggs after that! As you can see from the photos, the one piece of scrambled egg was all we got. I guess they placed it on top to let us know it was there.
The staff at this restaurant deliver excellent customer service, which is always a priority. The food was tasty, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.
