They did an incredible job on my cake! They exceeded my expectations and added so much personality to it. I'm really impressed!

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s class party and simply requested a "Christmasy" theme. They totally exceeded my expectations! I couldn't be happier with both the cake and the customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful young ladies working there. They assisted me in getting the app on my phone so I could use my points. The cookies were fantastic, as always, and there were plenty of great options to choose from.

This restaurant is amazing! I called on Sunday, but no one answered. However, just a few minutes later, I received a return call from Kaylee, who asked if I had called. That was impressive! When I went in on Monday to place my order, I spoke with Pierce, who helped me set up a pickup for Friday. Chloe was also there and was extremely polite. Today, when I went to pick up my order, I spoke with Kaylee on the phone. I explained that I had my dog in the truck because we had just come from the vet, and she kindly offered to bring my order outside and take my payment. I am truly impressed! These three went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service.

I always get my cookies and cakes from this place because their customer service and creativity are outstanding. They have the best decorations I've seen anywhere!
