I understand that many people can be upset in the morning before they get their caffeine fix. However, it's not fair to take out that frustration on the employees, especially when they are overwhelmed and working hard.

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. The manager was extremely rude. The donuts appeared to be three days old! I ordered two bagels sliced with plain cream cheese...
