We went to celebrate my kids getting straight As. My Mom ordered a Dilly bar and as soon as she was unwrapping it, it was already falling off the popsicle stick. She had to hold it from both ends to keep it from falling off all the way. It was a messy nightmare. Everything else was fine though. View all feedback.

Some of the rudest customer service I have dealt with, even the manager is rude. Drive thru speaker needs to be fixed because you can barely hear the workers and clearly they can’t hear you order either, because I asked for a strawberry milkshake and got vanilla. Flipped a blizzard and it was MELTED and fell out all over the place. she said sorry our ice cream is melted and slammed the window. no napkins or
No longer serve flame grilled burgers. I’d rather go to McDonalds or Wendy’s. Or even drive to Newman for burger king.
Went through today and ordered the Red velvet cake blizzard and said they were out of the ice cream to make it. This was a huge disappointment especially since this isn't the first time this has happened. They need to be better stocked than this. I hope they'll get another shipment of the ice cream in soon so I can have one before it's gone.
Cashier didn’t know about the high school discount card nor how to apply discount to my order.
