Our experience at Chili's was truly enhanced by our waitress, whom I believe was named Payton. She was incredibly kind and patient with us, and we will definitely request her when we visit again. View all feedback.
What Richard Kriss doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
The Food (appetizer) and the atmosphere were great, but the service was poor. They don't use the app that let's you let them put you on the waiting list, and they won't put you on the waiting list when you call in. We show up, they tell us it's a 15 minute wait, but we end up waiting around 45 minutes. we get a table, everyone orders, most of the food comes out, except for mine. no one came to check on anything until... My daughter and I came to Valentine? Day we thought would be a nice lunch for us. We waited about 30 minutes for a table that wasn't a problem. We were called at the table, so we were excited. After we were sitting, we were COMPLETELY FORGODEN! We finally got someone's attention and sent them out (I guess she was manager) She was nice and sorry. She offered us free chips and salsa and took our order. The chips and salsa were released after about 30 minutes and the $5 drink I ordered. We're still waiting for our food, probably another 40-45 minutes. Get someone else's attention and they'll send someone out. Her name was Destiny and I wonder if we could just have our ticket because I had a commitment to get it. She returned with the ticket for almost $70! We never got our food. Only free chips and salsa and my $5 drink. We were not evil or rude, but this is the first time I ever had a bad experience in this place. I'm sure they were short staff and I understand, and it was really not that busy at that time. JUSTIFICATION
Twice within a week and the food was disgusting to the point my stomach when into puke mode this time and the last time nothing was edible so I didn 't have to worry about eating it because you couldn 't. What has happened to you Chili 's, better yet this location. Only thing positive I can say, I remembered why I stop coming. Manager certainly have great interpersonal skills, friendly and cordial just unfortunately bad cooks on duty...
This review is based on my previous To-Go experience. I waited over 20 minutes for a call in order. I hope it was because they had a skeleton crew . But if you have to give them your number, it would be great if they used it other than calling to see if you were going to pick up your order. You could use my number to tell me its not ready. Customer service is more than a smile
16Feb20. My family and I decided to eat here after church. We had been here in the past year. After a 5 minute wait, we were seated. The waiter took our drink and appetizer order within a reasonable amount of time. The appetizer was great. My wife and I ordered the pick 3 meal. My son ordered the chicken and waffles. My daughter ordered the pssta. Once our meals arrived, it was both hot and well worth the wait. We probably won't wait as long to come back.
First of all let me start off by stating that our server/bartender (Trent) was the best I have seen in a while...he was very attentive, professional, polite, friendly...made suggestions. I have a food allergy and he made sure that was VERY understood in the kitchen and made sure if there was anything else in my entree that I didn't think to leave out. That is what I mean by VERY attentive...not to mention he continued to be that way once the food was dropped off, came back to make sure that everything was going well and if we needed anything else. I will have to say that hot sauce I thought would have been kept on the table but that was the only thing that we had to ask for, well that and a box...?? Even if you get a box you can have them put your dessert to go, the Molten cake is really delicious, got mine to go and man it is big enough to share. If you haven't been there before go and try it out for yourself, sure you won't be disappointed.
